1. About us

Meditrust is a UK-based medical travel consultancy. We introduce patients to carefully selected partner clinics in Turkey and provide coordination support before, during and after travel. We are not a medical provider and we do not give medical advice.

2. Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or misleading information through any form.

3. Enquiries and consultations

Advice and guidance provided by Meditrust, whether by online enquiry form, telephone or email, are completely free of charge and carry no obligation. Submitting an enquiry does not create a treatment contract or guarantee that any clinic will accept you as a patient. We pass your information to suitable partner clinics so they can assess whether they can help and provide a proposal. All clinical decisions are made by the clinics and their medical professionals.

4. In-person consultations and the £100 holding deposit

In-person consultations are held in the UK with dentists who travel from our partner clinics in Turkey specifically for these sessions. Because places are limited and each visit is arranged in advance, a holding deposit of £100 is payable to reserve a specific date and time.

The £100 holding deposit is not a fee for advice and is not a treatment cost. If you proceed with treatment at a partner clinic, the £100 is deducted from your final payment to that clinic. If you decide not to proceed with treatment, the £100 is non-refundable, as it covers the consultation slot reserved on your behalf.

If Meditrust or the visiting dentist cancels or reschedules your appointment, you may choose an alternative slot or receive a full refund of the deposit. Where you cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible; deposits for slots cancelled by you remain non-refundable, although we will use reasonable efforts to move your booking to a later visit.

5. No medical advice

Information on this website is for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified medical professional before making any health-related decision.

6. Quotes and fees

Any indicative costs or quotes we share are based on information provided by partner clinics and are subject to change until confirmed in writing by the clinic. Meditrust's coordination fees, where applicable, will be explained clearly before you commit to any paid service.

7. Travel and treatment risks

Medical treatment abroad involves risks, including travel risks, differences in regulatory standards, and the need for follow-up care. We encourage you to research these risks, ask questions, and ensure you have appropriate travel and medical insurance. Meditrust is not liable for the clinical outcomes of any treatment provided by a partner clinic.

8. Intellectual property

The content, design, logos and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Meditrust. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meditrust is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our introduction services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Meditrust for our coordination services, where applicable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force when you use the site will apply. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
